I got a size 7 for these shoes and it fits perfectly! Comfortable and it's been about 1 month and it hasn't fallen apart or anything yet. It really does help u from slipping when you're working in a restaurant with slippery/oily floors. I haven't slipped once since I wore these shoes. For scale, I usually get a size 8/37-39 for heels or wedges, 7 for regular boots, and I'm wearing size 8 for winter boots. I guess it really depends on the style and cut of the shoes hence the different sizes.

These are great for standing all day. I work at McDonald's and used to get really bad foot pain by the end of the day, and it would last for days. I'd have to lay down and put up my feet for an hour, or else every step I took would hurt. With these, my feet are a little tired by the end of an 8 hour shift but I'm good to go after testing for a little. No more foot pain for me.

I'm a nurse on my feet all day running around and I have tried all types of shoes and spent a lot of money. These are by far the best shoes I have worn with great support. All the reviews were on target and it was one of the reasons I purchased them. Can't beat the price. They are practical looking but in all black look fine. Definitely will buy again when these wear out (but so far after 5 months they look brand new)

These work shoes are beyond my expectations. I work in a Bakery Enviroment...grease, water and icing end up on the floors, making it slick most of the time. There is no getting around it in my full time environment. I have had these phenomenal Sketchers on my feet every morning, for a week now. I step into a memory foam pillows that molds to my wider feet. Step by step...and hustling through my days with super tread soles as well, hats off to Sketchers! Y'all should be sold out! I had to write this review as soon as I have worn my new work shoes this week. I first asked one of my coworkers for their opinion before buying and I do not regret it . These have been the most comfortable fitting relax shoes I have bought for my money since I have been working my current job awhile. I have been through alot of shoes and so far these shoes have held me all day with no complaints as I normally would be. I love the way the memory foam makes my feet feel. Soft as a pillow on my feet. My feet feel alot happier
